I grew up in Hong Kong and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Arts (Honours) in English Language. In an unexpected turn of events, I became a FCCA (Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant). Life led me to Vancouver, Canada, where I graduated from Regent College with a Master of Divinity. I completed my Doctor of Philosophy at the University of St Andrews, and am currently an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University.
Having lived on three different continents, I have a high level of cultural sensitivity. Having worked and studied in three different fields, I am able to bring an unique perspective from my diverse experiences. Being fluent in three languages, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I can connect with a wide range of individuals effectively.
